Moving Case Study #3 Moving With Auto Transport

This is the third installment of our case study series in which we detail some of the services we’ve recently provided and the ways in which we cater to a wide variety of customers and their moving requests. In this study, we take a look at a couple, Mark and Celeste, who moved from New York to Florida and were looking for a company that was capable of executing a full-service move. Mark and Celeste, a busy professional couple that were living in New York City, contacted us about moving to Clearwater, Florida in March of 2020. They needed to not only move from their New York condominium to their new home in Florida, but also wanted both of their cars shipped as well so they could fly between the two cities, rather than drive. An additional request of theirs was that they wanted to be certain when they arrived that all of their belongings, including furniture, household items, and their cars, would already be available so they could have everything delivered at once. We told them that the best approach would be to have both vehicles and their furniture moved a few days in advance of their planned move in date and put into short term storage. We arranged for storage of their belongings and vehicles in a nearby and easy to access location so that when they arrived from the airport, all they had to do was place a simple phone call and everything would arrive at their new address. They were very happy with this arrangement since they both worked from home and had an easy flight to their Florida home when it was moving day, where everything was delivered shortly after their arrival.
